Our process
Apply: Candidates start by completing an application on the Codelex homepage
Home assignment: Candidates have to complete a JavaScript course and pass a simple quiz. This rules out unqualified candidates immediately.
Study: We provide candidates with free online lessons for three days to cover the basics of programming with TypeScript. Exercises can be viewed here.
Interview: During the 1:1 interview, analyze candidates’ social skills and their work during the course.
Admission: Only qualified candidates are admitted to Codelex.
Continuous development: After admission, we offer candidates to possibility to continue learning together until the start of the group.
Practice: Candidates engage in coding exercises around the clock to sharpen their skills.
Collaborate: Participants actively contribute to real-world projects until they receive a job offer.
